Commander EdMaestro

I felt that managing a factory is like commanding a battalion of soldiers. I went to the brink many times. A couple of times I thought "I'm giving up.... This is it!" But then I would just keep working. I think if you're close to the brink and just make sure that you work twice as hard and put twice as much effort into everything and the staff around you and everything, you should come through. From what i can see in my factory, people are definitely a company’s greatest asset. It doesn't make any difference whether the product is toys or cars, a company is only as good as the people it keeps.

"Management is nothing more than motivating other people".
