Oh well, as compared to my previous mini poll, I guess this Down-To-Earth Poll was boring for some of you. Anyhow here's how I voted, "NO", I don't feel that is necessary to spend tax payers money of 8Bil to increase the salary of civil servants and their other misc expenses. I felt that even with this increase the services will still be the same and corruption will still be there. It take years to nurture our young to become who they are when they grow up and this won't happened over night with this salary increment. I bet even with this increase, people will still be able to pay summons on the spot. :PDo remember to vote for the new mini poll, trust me it won't be bored.
